36 Questions to Fall in Love with Yourself

Mandy Len Catron’s essay “To Fall in Love With Anyone, Do This” includes a list of 36 questions to ask a partner while staring in their eyes.  The following is a list of questions to ask your self. Spending time with yourself, checking in, listening to yourself and gazing deep into your own eyes is therapeutic and grounding. The exercise is designed to develop self love, acceptance and encouragement.

To really fall hard, do this:

1 Find a mirror

2 Read the questions and look into your own eyes while you answer each one.

3 Feeling silly is allowed

Do as many as you like. You can stop between sections and come back later, or do the whole thing over and over to see how your answers develop.
